| Cancellations |
| To cancel an order placed through the Au Printemps Gourmet inc. Internet site, you need only contact Customer Service within 24 hours following placement of the order, or call 1 (450) 224-8221 from Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST. Please quote the order reference number that appears in the confirmation e-mail you have received, and Au Printemps Gourmet inc. will credit your account with the amount of your purchases at the earliest opportunity. |

| Delivery |
Delivery charges vary depending on the weight of the items shipped; delivery periods vary depending on destinations. Generally, items ordered on www.printempsgourmet.com are processed within 10 days of receipt of the order. Delivery to remote locations may require up to 7 business days. However, orders placed after 5 p.m. on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday.

If you select the DELIVERY option, your order will be shipped via shipping service delivery policies and procedures, including a requirement for you to sign an acknowledgement of receipt form. An adult must be present and ready to accept the order at the address of your choice at the time of delivery, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Should no adult be present at the time of delivery, DHL will leave a note advising the intended recipient of the time of its next delivery. From that point on, it will be your responsibility to arrange a suitable time for delivery directly with DHL. You may arrange to pick up your parcel at the nearest DHL depot or arrange a second delivery to your home.

| Availability of products |

The laws of the Province of Québec govern the relationship between the parties. Internet sales will fall under the jurisdiction of the Quebec courts. |
